From answers to owning a workflow.
We began with website chatbots. Agents that could complete assigned tasks followed. Yet the same problem remained: someone had to tell them what to do, over and over.
So we began building Promptbook around ongoing workflows. It is about more than a longer answer or a bigger one-off task. It is work that recurs in a business: an invoice arrives, an email comes in, a video is recorded or a website needs care.
Our technical foundation uses capable coding harnesses. We apply the same way of working with files and context beyond programming. For the user, the result matters more than knowing an internal format.

We do not want to be an agency for every business. We want to equip the people already helping clients — agencies, freelancers and integrators. They know the client. We focus on Promptbook.
Ownership matters just as much. Working context should stay with the client, the model should be a choice, and control should be separate from where the work happens.
