Business capacity add-ons

Capacity above the included allocationMonthly rate, excluding VAT
Additional specialist agent99 CZK

Charged proportionally for the time extra capacity is active, with your prior approval and an agreed monthly budget. No automatic overage. The order confirms the billing currency; these approved add-on rates are in CZK.

For partners

20% of the actually paid software price across all plans, including all paid Promptbook software add-ons, for the first 24 calendar months from the first paid activation of each referred licence. The same rule applies to monthly and annual billing, excluding VAT, after discounts and permitted refunds; payment-processing fees do not reduce the agency share. Hosting, tokens, external AI accounts and the agency’s own work are separate.

Commission is payable within 30 days of receipt for monthly and annual subscriptions alike; an earlier mandatory deadline takes precedence. Plan changes and payment interruptions do not restart the 24-month period. Previously accepted agreements are preserved.

How billing works

Start and Business are ongoing monthly subscriptions per engine project. Both support scheduled and continuous operation and can be used long term. Cancel before the next billing period to stop renewal. Start has manufacturer support without a guaranteed response time; Business includes an initial substantive assessment within 16 working hours.

What is one project?

Licences are charged per engine project: a separate working environment with its own agents, rules and permissions. A workflow is an example of use, not a licence boundary. Each additional project has its own subscription; one customer may combine Start and Business projects. Physical servers and the customer company as a whole are not the licence unit.

How capacity is counted

Specialist agents and core roles

A specialist agent is an activated working role in a project. It occupies a place even while waiting for work. Archived definitions and templates do not count; replacing a role does not create another full monthly charge. Core and system roles for communication, routing, learning and repairs do not use specialist places. The actual function, rather than the role name, determines the count.

Controlling users

A controlling user is an identifiable person authorised to assign or change project work. Multiple devices used by that person still count as one user. An agency technician counts in the same way as a customer employee. Report and other output recipients, and merely contacting manufacturer support, do not count.

Attached harnesses

A harness instance is one active connection with its own configuration and authentication context. Multiple tasks or sessions using the same connection do not increase the count. Start includes one instance; Business has no licence count limit. AI provider terms, limits and charges apply separately.

Separate browser profiles

A browser profile separates a signed-in identity. One profile may use many websites; individual websites, tabs and integrations do not count separately.

Expansion, budget and plan changes

Business add-ons are charged for capacity above the included allocation, proportionally to the time it is active during the billing period, rather than utilisation, messages or responses. Half a period costs half the monthly rate. Paid expansion requires the customer’s explicit prior approval and an agreed monthly budget. The default is no automatic overage: a warning precedes the limit, unapproved paid capacity is not activated and the price does not change automatically. Reaching a capacity limit does not cancel tasks already in progress. Billing is supported by a reviewable record of capacity and activation time.

CZK example for a full month: Business with 15 specialists and 7 controlling users costs CZK 1,999 + 5 × CZK 99 + 2 × CZK 99 = CZK 2,692 excluding VAT. The 20% agency share within the original 24-month window is CZK 538.40.

Start can be used long term. More capacity is available by upgrading to Business. An upgrade retains the same project and data and requires confirmation of the paid change. A downgrade starts at the next billing period once the project meets Start limits. Plan changes and add-ons do not restart the 24-month commission window.

There are no licence quotas for tasks, parallel runs, tokens, knowledge-base pages or context size. Actual performance, AI costs and provider limits depend on the selected environment and the providers’ own terms.

Total costs, beyond the licence

Hosting, databases, storage, AI model usage and external services are charged separately. Solution design, installation, integrations, training and ongoing agency work are also separate.

AI and infrastructure are paid by the client, or the partner as agreed. Promptbook does not sell managed hosting. Server management, installing updates, custom development and unlimited consulting are not included.

Updates are published in standard releases. A subscription does not commission a separate distribution or a custom repair schedule.

Automatic engine updates follow the project’s settings. Human server administration and a partner’s service work are separate services. How automatic updates work →

Business support

Business includes initial assessment of reported platform issues. A first substantive response within 16 working hours means an assessment, a request for required information or a proposed next step. An automated acknowledgement is not a substantive response.

Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00, Europe/Prague, excluding Czech public holidays.

You may manage either plan yourself or use an agency. The Promptbook licence, agency work and manufacturer support are separate. One authorised customer or agency technical contact communicates with us per project. Platform issues are reported to jiri@ptbk.io.

The SLA does not guarantee resolution within a particular time or availability of the server, app or external services. It excludes continuous on-call support, a phone hotline and servicing third-party systems. The supported version and configuration are defined in the order.

Public code and self-hosting

Independent development and non-production testing have no licence fee under the public licence terms, without product support or SLA.

For production, including self-hosting, we offer Start or Business. A paid licence is required to the extent production use is not permitted by the public licence of the specific version; existing rights and individual component licences are unaffected. Exact rights are defined by the licence terms and order.
